Investors
Every store deserves an app. Most can't build one.
ChaseBuilder, from Chasegeek Digital Private Limited, turns any store URL into a native shopping app in about a minute — then keeps redesigning it for every shopper. This page is the short version of our investment case.
Vision
The app becomes the default storefront — and it designs itself.
We believe every merchant, from an Instagram label to a national retailer, should have a native app that knows each shopper and improves every week without a mobile team. ChaseBuilder makes that the default: paste a URL, get an app, and let it optimise itself inside guardrails the merchant controls.
The problem
The app gap.
Merchants know an app brings customers back. Very few can build and run one well.
Apps are where loyal shoppers live
Repeat customers prefer an app: saved details, faster browsing, notifications they opted into. For a brand, an app on the home screen is the cheapest way to bring a customer back.
But building one is out of reach
A custom app means an agency, a large upfront budget, months of work and a retainer. Most independent brands and mid-size retailers simply don't have that.
Template builders don't close the gap
They lower the cost but hand merchants a blank template and a manual. The result looks generic, shows every shopper the same thing, and never improves without a team to run it.
Why now
Four shifts that make this possible today.
AI can understand a store
Modern language and vision models can read a catalogue, recognise a brand's visual identity and match its tone — the work that used to need a designer's first week.
Generative UI is practical
Interfaces can now be composed per user at runtime from a design system, which makes one-to-one personalisation of an app's home screen feasible for every store.
Mobile-first commerce keeps growing
In India and many emerging markets, the phone is the primary — often the only — computer, and a large share of online shopping already happens on mobile.
Payments are solved
UPI has become a default way to pay online in India, and store checkouts already support it. An app no longer needs its own payments stack to sell.
The product
URL in. Self-optimising native app out.
Two wedges set ChaseBuilder apart from existing app builders, and both compound with usage.
URL-to-app
No templates to configure. The AI imports catalogue, collections, prices, images, brand colours, fonts and tone from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or any storefront — or from an Instagram or WhatsApp catalogue — and designs a native iOS and Android app in about a minute.
Self-optimising apps
Every shopper gets a personal home screen, and the app proposes and runs its own A/B tests on layouts, banners and copy, keeping winners and reporting revenue impact. The more an app is used, the better it gets.
Around the wedges: AI Designer, voice and chat shopping assistant, smart push, native checkout through the merchant's store, publishing assistance, analytics and localisation. See all features
Business model
Subscription software, with an agency multiplier.
Tiered SaaS
Starter lets merchants start free and see their own app; Growth and Scale are monthly subscriptions that add publishing, personalisation and experiments.
Enterprise & agencies
Custom plans for large catalogues and for agencies running many client apps from one workspace — a distribution channel as well as a customer.
Expansion revenue
As an app's audience grows, merchants move up tiers for experiments, localisation and deeper analytics.
Market opportunity
A very large base of stores without an app.
Global e-commerce is widely estimated at several trillion US dollars in annual sales, and millions of merchants run on hosted platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Only a small fraction of them have a native app today.
India is one of the world's largest and fastest-growing online shopper bases, overwhelmingly on mobile, with a fast-growing D2C brand ecosystem and millions of sellers who sell through Instagram and WhatsApp — many without a website at all.
Our view: the market for shopping apps has been limited by the cost of building them. Removing that cost expands the market, starting with merchants who were never going to hire an agency.
Figures above are broad, widely reported industry estimates, stated conservatively. Detailed sizing is in the investor deck.

The family advantage
Three products. One AI backbone.
Shared voice infrastructure
ChaseBuilder's voice and chat shopping assistant runs on DialWise AI's voice technology — multilingual voice that one app builder alone would take years to build.
Shared AI platform
Model serving, evaluation, safety and data tooling are built once and used across DialWise AI, Lauki and ChaseBuilder, lowering the cost of every new capability.
Shared design and engineering
One team's work on interfaces, mobile performance and localisation for Indian languages benefits every product.
Cross-product distribution
Businesses that adopt one Chasegeek product are natural customers for another — a merchant using ChaseBuilder may also need voice agents for support.
